Relevant Experience and Qualifications

As the Senior Project Manager, Brian provides oversight for the overall management, coordination and administration of the project.  With his 20 years of construction experience, Brian has served a wide variety of clients including retail, K-12, higher education, government, industrial, banking, churches, office and medical. Those projects have ranged in size from $50,000 to $15 million dollars. Brian also served as facilities         director/owner’s representative for a nonprofit for the last 10 years and understands the unique challenges owners face during the   construction process.
