Relevant Experience and Qualifications

Chris has delivered over $1B in pre-construction budgets resulting in successful projects for customers. Notable projects include cost engineering for the Walmart Express store program, budgeting for Walmart construction purchasing program, and cost controls for the XNA Regional Jet Center (FBO).  Chris is very familiar with ground-up commercial construction, with experience managing projects up to $5M.
