David has managed over $90M in successful commercial construction projects, $23M of which have been LEED certified or equivalent. He is especially familiar with waste diversion and resource management on high-profile projects. David regularly guest lectures, coaches competition teams, and teaches storm water training classes through the John Brown University Construction Management program.
